What you'll do
Design end-to-end user flows from research to high-fidelity prototypes.
Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate daily with engineers to ensure design feasibility and shipped quality.
Create responsive designs that work across devices and screen sizes.
Define interaction patterns, micro-animations, and transitions.
Present design rationale clearly to clients and stakeholders.
What we're looking for

4+ years of product design experience across web or mobile products.
Expert proficiency in Figma including components, variants, and auto-layout.
Comfort working inside engineering constraints and turning them into better product decisions.
Ability to execute design systems with minimal supervision.
Able to collaborate from our Ahmedabad office for most working days; we keep focused async time for deep work and client overlap.
Clear communication is essential because you will work directly with technical founders and senior stakeholders.
Comfort in fast-paced, iterative product environments.

Experience with prototyping tools such as Principle, ProtoPie, or Framer.
